What you bring

  • Marketing experience: Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in e-commerce or with a D2C brand.
  • Performance marketing know-how: Experience with digital advertising channels such as Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
  • Brand understanding: A good feel for brand management, target groups and convincing communication.
  • A feel for numbers: You like assessing marketing activities using KPIs and deriving concrete decisions from them.
  • Campaign competence: You have experience in planning, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns.
  • Independent way of working: You work in a structured, pragmatic way and take responsibility.
  • Hands-on mentality: You don't wait for things to happen, you get them rolling yourself.
  • Strong communication: You enjoy working with content, e-commerce and external partners.
  • Languages: Very good German and English.
  • Affinity for animals: An interest in horses, dogs, animal health or natural products is a big plus.

Your tasks

  • Running campaigns independently:
    You plan and take responsibility for cross-channel marketing campaigns - from objective and concept through briefing and implementation to evaluation.
  • Developing the brand strategically:
    You ensure a clear and consistent brand presence and purposefully develop positioning, messages and communication.
  • Optimising performance marketing:
    Together with internal and external partners you manage our paid channels, especially Meta and Google, and optimise them using relevant KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and revenue.
  • Translating data into decisions:
    You analyse campaigns and marketing activities, identify potential for improvement and derive concrete tests and recommendations.
  • Developing clear briefings:
    You develop concepts for ads, campaigns, landing pages and other marketing assets and translate goals into precise briefings for the content team and external partners.
  • Identifying growth potential:
    You analyse market, target groups, trends and competitors, assess new opportunities and contribute concrete proposals for further growth.
  • Improving marketing continuously:
    You question existing measures, processes and channels, prioritise by impact and implement optimisations consistently.

  • Collective agreement minimum salary € 2,535 gross per month (full-time, 38.5 h, 14 x per year)
