All the threads come together in the Ewalia office. This is where orders are processed, invoices are created, herbs and raw materials for our products are ordered and managed, and much is prepared behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations in day-to-day business. Trade fair planning, accounting, marketing, human resources management, support for the management such as scheduling appointments and external communication are tasks that the entire office shares depending on skills and resources. Of course, customer support is a very important aspect. We are happy to take the time to address all customer inquiries personally, by phone, or in writing.

Production is the heart of our company. This is where all our herbal juices and care products are carefully handcrafted, filled, labeled, and packaged with great attention to detail. The entire production team is divided into different stations and works diligently to ensure that you receive your products fresh and quickly.

Horse Management
Cornelia and Ewald run a small horse farm together, currently home to 10 horses. Since there isn’t much time left alongside managing the company, there are many helping hands at the farm who assist with feeding, care, grooming, and the training or schooling of the horses. The health and well-being of the horses are always the top priority.
