EWALIA Hoof Care Mineral 1L – for Horses
EWALIA Hoof Care Mineral is a liquid complementary feed for the daily supply of horses with selected trace elements. The formula with zinc, biotin and copper complements daily feeding and is especially suitable for long-term use. An adequate supply of trace elements forms an important basis for normal horn quality, elasticity and natural hoof growth.
Thanks to its liquid form, Hoof Care Mineral is easy to dose and can be administered evenly over the feed. This makes it easy to integrate the daily supply into the feeding routine.
Important information
FEEDING RECOMMENDATION
| Normal requirement | Increased requirement | |
|---|---|---|
| Large horse | 1× daily 30 ml | 1× daily 60 ml |
| Small horse | 1× daily 20 ml | 1× daily 40 ml |
Small horse — ponies and small horses up to 148 cm height at the withers and up to 400 kg.
Large horse — anything above that.
Recommendation: We recommend a feeding duration of at least 6–8 months, as hooves grow back only slowly and a continuous supply makes sense. Introduce sensitive horses slowly.
Can the supplementary feeds be combined with the herbal liquids?
Yes, absolutely. Our supplementary feeds can easily be fed together with the EWALIA herbal liquids. You can give both products at the same time and simply mix them together directly in the feed bowl.
That way, your darling gets all the selected nutrients in one step.
Can the supplementary feeds be fed long-term or only seasonally?
Depending on your darling's needs, you can feed our supplementary feeds either seasonally or long-term. Many customers use them continuously to reliably supply the body with selected nutrients. Please follow the feeding recommendation on the product and, if there are special needs, ideally coordinate the feeding duration with your veterinarian.
Can several herbal liquids be fed at the same time?
Yes, you can feed up to three different EWALIA herbal liquids at the same time. Each of our herbal blends is tailored to a specific area of support – so they complement each other wonderfully without interfering with one another.
Hooves perform at peak level every day and carry the entire weight of the horse. For them to withstand these loads in the long term, not only regular hoof care and suitable housing conditions but also a balanced diet and a nutrient supply that meets your horse's needs are crucial.
Because hoof horn grows back only slowly, changes only become visible over a longer period of time. A continuous supply of important trace elements can sensibly complement the daily feeding and support the natural processes involved in horn formation and hoof growth. Combined with regular exercise and professional hoof trimming, this creates a good foundation for resilient hooves.
