Frequently asked questions about EWALIA liquid supplementary feed
The feeding recommendations vary depending on the product and always refer, on the label, to a horse with a body weight of around 500 kg. If your horse weighs more or less, the amount should be increased or reduced accordingly. You can find the exact dosage on the label and on the respective product page.
Yes, our supplementary feeds can easily be combined with the EWALIA herbal liquids. You can simply give both products together with the daily feed and mix them directly in the trough. This way, feeding can be easily integrated into your horse's daily routine.
Both are possible – depending on what your horse needs at the time. Our liquid supplementary feeds are suitable for both time-limited and long-term feeding. It's important to follow the respective feeding recommendation. For special needs or longer-term use, it's best to consult your vet.
The easiest way is to give it directly with the feed. If your horse is particularly picky, you can also give the daily amount directly into the mouth using a dosing syringe. For particularly sensitive horses, it's advisable to start slowly and increase the amount over a few days.
Store our liquid supplementary feeds in a cool, dark place, tightly closed. This is especially important for oils, which should be protected from light and heat. Once opened, you should use the product as quickly as possible. You can find the exact best-before date on the label.
