EWALIA InsectProtect Pure Max for horses
Our insect repellent spray provides reliable protection for horses against horseflies, mosquitoes, flies, gnats, and ticks – completely free from chemical additives. The alcohol-free spray solution contains herbal oils and pure natural Ichthyol Pale, known for its skin-soothing and insect-repelling properties. Leaves no stains on skin or coat.
Application
Spray onto the coat from a distance of approx. 25 cm or apply with a sponge. Avoid eyes, ears, nostrils, and injured skin. Shake well before use. Store in a cool and dark place.

Ensure adequate ventilation. May cause allergic reactions. In case of ingestion or eye/skin irritation, seek medical advice. Do not allow to enter soil. Dispose of according to official regulations. Wirkungslos
Leider ist dieses Spray völlig wirkungslos. Insekten lassen sich noch nicht einmal vertreiben, wenn man direkt drüber sprüht, bzw. landen direkt nach dem aufsprühen erneut welche. Wohlgemerkt am Putzplatz, ganz ohne zu schwitzen.

Zeigt nur sehr kurz Wirkung und riecht nach Benzin
Liebes Ewaliateam! Ich bestelle eigentlich jedes Jahr den Ewaliafliegenspray mit ätherischen Ölen und bin von diesem auch sehr begeistert. Habe dann heuer gesehen, dass es einen neuen von Ewalia gibt und habe diesen auch gleich bestellt. Leider habe ich gleich bei der ersten Anwendung gemerkt, dass die Wirkung nur kurz anhält und die Fliegen schnell wieder am Pferd gelandet sind. Zusätzlich fiel mir der veränderte Geruch auf, für mich riecht es nach Benzin. Vielleicht ist das durch das Zusatzmittel im Spray, denn er ist ja sonst von der Zusammensetzung wie der ursprüngliche. Ich werde ihn kein weiteres Mal bestellen, da er deutlich teurer ist und weniger Wirkung hat als der billigere. Also steige ich wieder auf den anderen um, welchen auf meine Empfehlung hin auch Stallkollegen schon gekauft haben, denn den kann ich wirklich empfehlen und der riecht auch richtig gut.

Angenehmer Duft..wirkt meist gut
Ich verwende schon seit Langem dieses Produkt (Das ursprüngliche Insect Protect) und heuer das Pure Max, das mich noch mehr überzeugt, da es auch Bremsen weitestgehend fern hält. Ich habe dieses Produkt schon sehr oft weiter empfohlen.

Hält nicht was es verspricht
Ich viele Jahre das „normale“ Insektenspray genommen und war sehr zufrieden damit. Jetzt bin ich auf dieses aufmerksam geworden und habe es bestellt. Leider wurde ich auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Mein Pferd war übersät mit Bremsen. Ich werde wieder das normale Insektenspray von Ewalia nehmen

Nicht ganz überzeugend
Ich finde dieses Spray nicht signifikant besser als das normale Fliegenspray. Es stinkt zwar mehr und auch unangenehmer, aber ich kann nicht feststellen, dass es besser wirkt. Also ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder das andere Spray bestellen, das ist ja auch um einiges günstiger. Zusätzlich dazu wurde ein schwarzer Sprühkopf mitgeliefert, der leider sehr gekleckert hat. Das war sehr ärgerlich, weil viel von dem teuren Zeug verloren gegangen ist. Ich habe jetzt den Sprühkopf vom Mähnenspray draufgeschraubt, der hält dicht. Alles in allem nicht so tolle Qualität wie ich sie sonst von Ewalia kenne...

Schade
Da ich mit vielen anderen Produkten, wie z.B. dem Huföl recht zufrieden bin, hab ich den Spray gekauft. Leider hält er die meisten Plagegeister kaum bis gar nicht davon ab, die Pferde zu stechen. Für den stolzen Preis schon ziemlich enttäuschend, schade!
