Are the bonus products always the same? No, we always adapt the products to what you and our beloved animals need most at the moment.

Can I also collect bonus points without registering? 
No, because bonus points can only be credited to your account through registration.

Can I also collect bonus points if I pay in advance? 
Yes. Your bonus points are credited to your account once payment has been received. This means that with advance payment or purchase on account, you receive your bonus points once payment has been received.

How can I collect bonus points immediately?
 When paying with PayPal, instant bank transfer, or credit card, the bonus points are credited to your customer account immediately after completing your order.
