If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to revoke a purchase contract in the web shop of EWALIA GmbH, Industriestrasse 264, 8321 Margarethen an der Raab, Austria, hereinafter referred to as EWALIA, within fourteen days without reason given.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which the customer (or a customer-appointed third party who is not the carrier) takes possession or has taken possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform EWALIA of its decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear declaration thereof. For compliance with the revocation period it is sufficient that the customer send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation:
If the customer revokes the contract, EWALIA shall reimburse the customer, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date on which EWALIA received notice of the customer’s revocation of the contract, for all payments EWALIA has received from the customer, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from the customer’s choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by EWALIA).
For this refund, EWALIA will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; the customer shall not be charged for this refund.
EWALIA may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the returned goods or until the customer has provided evidence that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion of revocation:
Revocation is not possible if the seal of the goods has been removed after delivery or if the goods are not suitable for return on hygienic grounds.
