Helps my allergy sufferers a lot
It is now the second year in which I have been supporting my allergic horse with throat juice. It reacts primarily to early bloomers. Unfortunately, we can't get through this phase without medication. Last year 2025, I started with 40ml 3 times a day (WB 580kg) at the end of May. Despite harvesting hay in mid-June from his vacant neighbor paddock, I didn't have to give him an expectorant or anything like that until mid-December. My horse cannot be inhaled and he does not eat hay that is wet or comes out of drying. Fortunately, we always have good quality hay. The downside of the juice is that I can usually only give it once a day in winter. We have to have the food bowls ready in front of the box. Unfortunately, at minus degrees, the food freezes when left in front of the box overnight. If you order the cough pack, the supply lasts a long time, at 120 ml a day, which also makes the halwort juice attractive in terms of price compared to other products (whether juices or pellets). My horse is also a stomach horse. The gastric juice is also suitable for such horses. Other juices often have ingredients that support breathing well but irritate the stomach lining. I add black cumin oil in addition. In winter, however, mostly as pellets, due to the previous problem with food preparation.
