Duration: We recommend feeding for at least 3 weeks without interruption.
How to feed: You can pour the liquid directly over the feed. Alternatively, you can also administer the liquid using a mouth syringe directly into the mouth if your horse is particularly picky.

The best way to feed:
1. Start with the 3x daily dose until you notice an improvement.
2. Continue with this higher dosage for 2 more days.
3. Then reduce to the 2x daily dose.
4. If the improvement continues, you can continue feeding the remaining bottles with the normal dosage for daily support.

Note: Store in a cool, dark place. Use quickly after opening – within 10–14 days. Store in the refrigerator if possible.

A horse's respiratory tract is a highly sensitive system. Even the slightest changes in the environment – such as temperature differences, high humidity, dry stable air or dust – can put strain on it. Stress, intensive work and prolonged stays in poorly ventilated stables also place additional demands on the respiratory system. If the horse is sensitive, this often manifests itself in the form of increased coughing, reduced performance or generally tense behaviour.

A veterinary examination is always essential if a horse is coughing. Conscious husbandry practices contribute significantly to maintaining respiratory health: low-dust hay, good stable hygiene, plenty of fresh air and regular exercise are important factors. In addition, selected plants such as mallow, thyme or fennel can be a useful addition to the feed. They have long been used in herbal medicine in connection with respiratory comfort and mucous membrane function and can help to support the horse's well-being during challenging phases.

How many bottles do I need to feed?

We advise feeding the additional amount (3 times the daily dose) at the beginning. Continue with the high dosage until an improvement is seen, plus 2 days. Then feed twice the normal amount. If the improvement continues, feed the remaining bottles at the normal dosage.

For everyday support 👉 We recommend the 3-bottle treatment.

To support your pet's general well-being, feed the 3 bottles regularly and without interruption according to the recommendation on the label – adjusted to your pet's body weight.

How should I feed if it is only possible to administer the product once a day?

We recommend administering our product twice a day. This ensures that the organism can optimally absorb the valuable herbal active ingredients. One option is to prepare the feed in the evening for the stable manager etc. to administer in the morning, provided that it is administered within 24 hours (particularly important in summer). Alternatively, one portion can be fed before and one after the riding session. If it is not possible to administer the product twice, we recommend administering 80% of the total daily dose in order to achieve the desired effect. For example, this would be 112 ml once a day for a total daily dose of 140 ml (70 ml + 70 ml). Our experience shows that regular twice-daily administration is the best option for maximising the effectiveness of our products.

Can several herbal Liquids be fed at the same time?

Yes, you can feed up to three different EWALIA herbal Liquids at the same time. Each of our herbal mixtures is tailored to a specific area of support – so they complement each other wonderfully without interfering with each other.
