The exact daily amount of our herbal Liquids depends on your horse's weight and on the specific product. The dosage information on the label generally refers to a horse with a body weight of around 500 kg.
As a general rule, we recommend feeding it 2x daily, so the herbal active ingredients can be taken in with some time in between. If that's not possible, you can alternatively give 80% of the total daily dose once a day.
During more intensive phases, start with 3 times the daily dose and keep this up until you notice an improvement – plus 2 days. After that, reduce to 2 times, and later to the normal amount. The exact recommendation is on the bottle label and on the respective product page.
We recommend feeding it without interruption for at least 3 weeks – this allows the herbal blend to take effect in your horse's daily routine. If your horse has special needs or you're unsure about the feeding duration, it's best to check with your veterinarian.
Yes, you can feed up to 3 different EWALIA herbal Liquids at the same time. Each blend is tailored to a specific area of support – so they complement each other without interfering with one another.
